Mix and Match until your heart is content and your stomach is full!

Start With:
Hard Boiled Eggs
Prosciutto
Sausage
Sliced Roast Beef (or any compliant cold cuts)
Smoked Salmon

Add Lots:
Red Bell Peppers
Asparagus
Cucumbers

Add Some:
Whole nuts
Avocado slices
Bacon

Add a Little:
Dried apricots
Dates (go nuts, wrap them in bacon)
Figs
Raisins
Fresh Fruit
