Condiments can make or break a blah meal – ketchup is the one we seem to need to keep on hand.  Aside from using it on its own, it makes a great base for barbecue sauce and other dipping sauces.  And, good news, everyone, this one

 Teriyaki Sauce for your Paleo and/or Whole 30 needs! And, everyone needs Teriyaki… Teriyaki Sauce  Yield: 1 cup Prep Time: 5  minutes Cook/ Assembly Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes   Ingredients: ¼ c. boiling water 4 medjool dates, pitted and coarsely chopped ½

Worcestershire Sauce

Prep Time: 2 min.
Cook Time: 5 min.
Yield: 1 cups

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp. anchovy paste
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp. mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Recipe:
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.  Stir frequently.

Let simmer for one minute to allow the flavors to deepen and incorporate.

Cool, puree in a blender, and store in the refrigerator.
